Aeronautics - All in the Pub!

Our friends at The Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS) Sydney Branch are hosting their first social event of the year: Aeronautics – All in the Pub! The event will feature 8 eight-minute acts and presentations that capture the audience’s emotions: surprise, wonder, disappointment and confusion; and of course all relevant to the field of aeronautics. The presentations are:

  • The Real Story Behind the Hudson Miracle – Brian Greeves
  • How Do Pilots Turn Spaceships in the Movie Star Wars? – Boris Jovanovic
  • How I Use My Aeronautical Engineering Degree – Bryan Stade
  • The Future of Air Traffic Management – Roger Chambers
  • Highlights of Avalon Airshow 2017 – Maggie Tran
  • Steve’s Famous Aviation Trivia Quiz
This event will be held at the 3 Wise Monkeys bar in Sydney CBD on the Wednesday, 29 Mar from 6:20pm to 9pm.
